Job Description

Wipro is Hiring Quality Auditor for Gurugram.

Candidate must be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Audit the number of calls given by the client. Making of dashboards, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports.

Monitor the quality of company's products or services.

Excellent vision or ability.

Call monitoring and providing actionable insight.

Knowledge of quality standards.

Ability to work as part of team.

Multitasking, problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.

Highly motivated and goal- oriented

5 days working and 2 rotational off
Day Shift but must be comfortable with rotational shifts as well.
Must be comfortable with WFH & WFO
Immediate Joiners only
