We have urgent requirements for Service Officer role for

Ahmedabad in Bopal , satellite , jodhpur gam areas of Ahmedabad

Candidates working as a Teller in other banks, would get priority.

Freshers are also welcome if having good communication & presentation skill, zeal and enthusiasm to deliver their cent percent. This role involves inbound cross sells of third party products(TPP) also.

• Grade to be offered if shortlisted- Asst Manager (It will be on the payroll of KMBL)

Job Role:-

• Redress customer needs pertaining to cash, DDs, cheque deposits and any other information required.
• Speed and accuracy of transaction
• Cross-Selling
• Back up to Branch Operations manager

Job requirements:

• Customer Orientation
• Good Communication & Presentation skill
• Understanding of KYC norms
• Educational Qualification: Graduation
• Age: Max 30 Years
