Need HR Manager for reputed Sheet Metal Fabrication Business Industry.

Candidates must have following key responsibilities:-

• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
• Set department objectives/KPIs and their review
• Mitsubishi PLC Programming & Troubleshooting.
• Root cause analysis & Corrective Action Plans to reduce the repetitive downtimes.
• Spare Parts Planning & maintain critical spare parts list
• Mitsubishi & Fanuc CNC programming & Troubleshooting
• Responsible for Documentation.
• Handling of Shifts breakdown.
• Daily MIS Report. Preparation of MRM report
• Knowledge & troubleshooting of Pneumatic & hydraulic
• utility equipments like COMPRESSOR 250cfm make ELGI, DG 500KVA, FIRE HYDRANT, STP Plant, TRANSFORMER 750 KVA, VCB, ACB
• Handling IATF 16949, ISO 45001 documentation.
• Plan and execute Preventive maintenance as per schedule. Ensure full preventative maintenance plan is carried out
• Daily monitoring of Power & maintenance cost as per budget. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Commissioning and installation of new line
• Make capex budget for new line
• Developed timely solutions that minimized overall cost and time to implement.
• Supervision & implementation of projects related to plant-expansion, Layout/line shifting & Energy Saving & cost saving, planning with team members to execute all projects within time period
• Carry-out/supervise 5'S', Safety, Kaizen & TPM activities within the dept.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of machines
