Lead Automation Test Engineer

Required Candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
Strong experience in coding: Core Java
Strong experience in Selenium
Strong knowledge of or experience in algorithm, calculations
Experience in Agile project implementations
Experience in doing in - sprint automation
Good experience in building and using automation frameworks using technologies: Java, Selenium / Python
Experience in API Testing - understanding of client - server architecture and communication principles
Knowledge of Test Automation Pyramid
Strong experience in and understanding of Test Strategy and ability to design and implement
Strong organizational and problem - solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication and proven leadership skills - with the ability to lead
Experience in estimation techniques (minimum 1 technique)
Other PLs and technologies (an advantage): Go Language, NodeJS, Python, MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, Kafka
Production experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Must have minimum 1 of these in the order of preference:
Good experience in API / Web Services
Good experience using technologies: Java, Selenium, Cucumber or JBehave,
