We are currently seeking a SAP Project Manager to join our team in HYDERABAD, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
Skill & Exp Traits - 5+ Years of Project Management experience in SAP Support - Should be from SAP Functional Area - T- Experienced with global support - ITIL knowledge or certified - Expertise in support ticket workflow - Expertise in MS office products (Excel, word, Powerpoint) - manufacturing industry exposure will be an added advantage High number of stakeholders to communicate with -
Must have experience and hands on in managing Project with 10+ team on support environement and Implementatin/upg projects. Must be capable of drawing previous experience of project management to successfully run high profile support projects work to deliver on both financial savings and strategic aims. Nus thave exposure with minimal hands on experiance in SAP Functional / Techncial areas
To lead and deliver Support Project successfully with the scheduled timelines, must be able to employ project management, business analysis and change management expertise. This role will require a strong understanding of the environment and the wider political, financial and cultural environment in which we operate with the client and specifically in overall SAP areas and must be excelled in the following key responsibilities:
- Lead and drive Support Project tasks maintaining the scheduled time lines
- Develop multi-level relationships with client and team members to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project cost, schedule and quality objectives
- Effectively identify, manage, resolve and mitigate key risks and issues impacting the project delivery
- Ensure the support project methodology is well understood, adhered to and is continuously adjusted to ensure lessons learned are incorporated
- Promote new ways of working and facilitate change by ensuring buy-in and support at all levels of the service
- Creatively apply business and technical knowledge to enable, support and implement all aspects of change in the service
- Participate in opportunity analysis / due diligence of potential key tasks in this phase
- Proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenues / improve processes for customers
- Mentoring skills
