SFDC Developer @ Solutionkraft

Candidate should be strong in understanding salesforce platform who can work on trigger, workflow,
Reviewing ticket & trouble shooting, debugging the log.
Candidate will be supporting for L3 level & involved into 70% product support & 30% Development work ( if client faces any issue in the application of salesforce )
SFDC developer contributing primarily to design and development
Principal Accountabilities:

Develop Compliance core software products, including base solutions with a focus on quality, configurable, and easy to launch applications
Implement and deploy Compliance core software products for clients, including unique customizations, configurations, and data requirements
Effective communication skills to deal with customers, peers & sub ordinates.
Ability to work with multiple teams
Support including, but not limited to,SFDC configuration and bug fixes,preparations of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for day to day process and handle enhancements
Establishes realistic project timelines and completes all assigned programming requests within projected time frames
Requires the ability to come up with creative technical solutions while applying Salesforce best practices and working within coding standards
Proactively share the status updates with Lead/Manager
Manage and Maintain Dev and QA Environment with latest code and configuration.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or masters degree in computer application or equivalent
Technical Skills:

At least 2+ years of experience in Force.com platform: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL

Apex: Experience developing managed packages
Have a good understanding of the cloud computing concept.
Knowledge of the Salesforce product landscape. Sales Cloud and force.com
Knowledge in healthcare domain, concept of sales territory hierarchy
Expert level Visualforce, Apex, SOSL and SOQL knowledge.
Expert level of Salesforce configuration, workflow, approval process, Flows, Process Builders and other features
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the platform. Eg: governor limits
Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into a detailed solution keeping in mind business & financial factors, Design a technical architecture solution that may span multiple platforms and include integration. Have the acumen to propose alternative solutions as well.
Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture
Have the ability to foresee risks far ahead in the game and put in place action items to mitigate risks.
Experience on Source Control example SourceTree

Experience on Salesforce IDE that integrates with Version Control. For example, SourceTree.
Experience with working on multiple Environments such as Sandox, Production, Managed or Unmanaged Orgs.
Functional knowledge of unit testing and best practices around it
Good knowledge and understanding of Web Service APIs for integration purposes
Effective communication skills to deal with internal customers, peers & sub ordinates.
Ability to work with multiple teams.
Support including, but not limited to, SFDC configuration and bug fixes, preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for day to day process. Handle enhancements to the existing SFDC applications.
Establishes realistic timelines of each assigned task and completes all assigned programming requests within projected time frames.
