Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Software development team member ; interface with product principles i.e. be SPOC ( single point of contact)
Potential candidate shall be working on:
o Entire SDLC framework with knowledge of Agile Model ; IDE (Integrated Development Environments)
o Estimation techniques
o Data structures/DB schema/ troubleshooting & optimization of DB issues
o Open source (PHP) /host centric platforms architecture, JBoss/Apache AS/My-SQL
DB exp.
o PHP Framework: Laravel/Codeignitor/CakePHP
o CMS: Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal
o Experience with JSON, XML and Services development (SOAP or REST). o Potential candidate should have knowledge (enabling project governance):
  • Data modeling techniques
  • PHP/CGI/Perl
  • Legacy Application/data Migration - operational and implementation Application Integration - DB/code driven compatibility
  • Development in MS SQL Server / Oracle / My SQL / MongoDB JBoss/Apache/Tomcat etc
  • Strong experience in web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AJAX , Node JS, Angular JS
  • Modern CSS framework like Bootstrap 3.0 or higher.
  • Understanding of Responsive Design and its implementation.
  • Understanding of Client Side Validation, Server Side Validation & User Authentication, Data Encryption.
  • Understanding of source control technologies GIT
  • Should have experience in developing back-end components, connect the application with other web services, and assist front-end developers by ensuring their work integrates with the application.
  • Conduct rigourosu analysis of code
  • Exposure to database optimization
Generating PoC (Proof of concepts)
In addition to above Primary Responsibilities the incumbent may be assigned any other task from time to time by Management of MPSeDC
Education:

B.E / B.Tech (Any Stream) / MCA / MSc (CS/IT) or Post-graduation in (CS/IT)

Experience:

Minimum 8 year of relevant experience.
Work experience must span over minimum 2 web based development assignments

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Working experience for government clients would be an added advantage
Relevant Certification etc.
Knowledge of CMMi framework
Technology benchmarking experience
Functional and Unit testing
