Mandatory Skills:

Technical troubleshooting, Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Lync, Windows and MAC operating systems, mobile device hardware and software, networking, video conferencing, Audio/Video, Telephony equipment, Active Directory administration will be an advantage. 

Excellent communication skills and technical skills (good knowledge on system troubleshooting, office 365 troubleshooting, Active directory, networking, OS- windows 10 troubleshooting). Please look for PAN India candidates, but they should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad once the office re-opens.
