Indusind Bank is hiring for

Corporate Solutions Group Relationship Manager

- Very Smart, dynamic & confident individual

- Very good communication skills - both written & spoken English

- With a good understanding of the locations- geography & corporate hubs as much as possible

- Preferably with Experience in corporate sales for at-least 2-4 years

- Preferred industries - Banking/BFSI

- Primary role will be to create an in-road into the corporates, so individual with a very good personality to impress and get appointments.

KRAs :

- To empanel good quality & premium corporate for banking requirement, with a primary focus on its employee's salary account

- Maintain & Engage with signed up corporate for business improvement & development

- People Management- Handle a small team of Relationship Officers and get them to perform and deliver at their best

- Cross-Product penetration, ability to engage with corporate & its employees for other product cross-sell such as- Credit Card, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Investments, etc

Salary offered: CTC up to 8.5 lacs
