Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:Provide strategic and Engineering leadership to the organization to deliver quality output to stakeholders adhering to safety, schedules and cost.Spearhead sustainable university collaborations in the region for technology application development
Drive collaborations across technology hubs in US and UK and leverage synergies for growth and innovation
Lead cross functional collaboration with operations, sourcing, services, manufacturing to understand requirements, create synergies and ensure development within domains
Drive the culture of customer centricity and contribute to customer collaborations in the region enhance quality of customer experience
Enhance digital penetration into technology steadily and facilitate development solutions to enhance customer experience
Formulate and ensure implementation adherence to Quality strategy for the organization
Ensure customer feedback mechanisms are translated into technology requirements and drive development through collaborative inhouse efforts. Responsible for talent hiring, retention, growth and employee satisfaction.
Own Performance development, Training and innovation.
Ensure HSE policy adherence and a culture of Safety first
Experience of recommending chemical solutions such as demulsifiers, water clarifiers, corrosion Inhibitors, scale inhibitors, biocides and H2S scavengers in oilfield systems
Understand the layout of a typical oilfield, both onshore and offshore
Qualifications/Requirements:B.E ( or) B. Tech ( or) Masters ( Chemical) ( or) Masters ( Chemistry) from a recognized university with excellent academic record
Experience gained in managing Chemicals technology ( or) any other technology as applied to business requirements ( or) operations roles ( possibly gained over a & gt;15-year period)
Experience in growing an Engineering/technology organization from beginning including hiring, retention and strategic growth gained in relation to the application of chemical products in the field or within a technology group
Experience of working with a wide range of customers, understand requirements and lead solutions.
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders including operations, sourcing, Product management and Project management organizations
Experience of embracing and leading digital initiatives in the domain to leverage advancements in the field for customer experience improvement Experience of working in a matrix, multicultural environment Experience of troubleshooting operations problems within an oilfield and making chemical solution recommendations
