Product Manager - Serialization
Overview of Role .
The Serialization Product Manager will be an integral part of the Product Management team and will have a very critical role in the development of company product line around Regulatory Serialization. He / she will assist in the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with technical, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities
1.Updating technology team on upcoming regulatory serialization mandates around the globe, products and market scenario.
2.Analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements via appropriate QMS documentation for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
3.Hands on experience with direct customer interfacing for requirement analysis
4.Stay up to date with in the industry trends via publications, articles and attending conferences.
5.Represent the voice of the consumer at each step in the development lifecycle and manage consumer feedback to identify areas for services and systems improvement.
6.Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement documentation (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs/schedules versus customer benefits.
7.Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live.
8.Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed describing product features in a product release note
9.Addressing any issues immediately to maintain quality
10.Publishing status reports and metrics on a monthly basis
11.Liaison with Technology Operations team to ensure issue resolution
12.Maintain and develop effective operational relationships with vendors, ensuring focus on quality and timely deliverables.
13.Understand GS1 standard for traceability.
Qualifications
1.Minimum of 4-10 years experience in product management preferably in IT sector.
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3.BE / B. Tech./ MCA (MBA preferred)
4.Excellent teamwork skills
5.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
6.Excellent attention to detail, quality and control.
