Job Description

Role: Associate- International recruiter
Role: Associate (1-year renewal)- Third Party payroll (Immediate Joiners only)- Support International recruitment
Candidates with end to end recruitment experience
Job Description:
Support in International recruitment for UK, US, APAC and EMEA region
Should have experience of using portals Naukri, IIM Jobs, Linkedin, Indeed, Efinancial Careers etc
Responsible for candidate engagement, offer coordination and ensuring candidate seamless joining.
Working closely with hiring managers to ensure closure within TAT
Support with talent Mapping & Market Insights

Qualifications
Around 3+ years of working experience in TA function and have strong sourcing skills
Experience in International sourcing is mandatory
Prefer someone with recruitment consultancy background
BFSI/Financial services sector knowledge is preferred
Good written and oral communication in English is mandatory
Passionate about hiring
Good in MS EXCEL and MS PowerPoint
