One of the TOP MOST Real Estate Client of Career Planet Consultancy is looking for Young and Smart Guest Relations Executives / Community Hostess for EAST & WEST Location in Pune
(8 positions ) Hinjewadi / Baner / Balewadi / Kharadi /NIBM.
Looking for candidates with prior experience in Hospitality / Airlines / Ground staff management / Lobby Managers / FOE Management
Highly dependable and trustworthy.
Efficient in working even remotely to ensure work is done within specified timelines.

Roles & Responsibility:
1. Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendor pleasantly at the site
2. Understand their requirement about property.
3. Filling up detail property requirement form.
4. Basic etiquettes of Housekeeping like offering Tea/Coffee/ making them comfortable)
5. Showing them sample flat / commercial floors, as needed.
6. Showcasing presentation about the project till client is handed over to Sales team.
7. Answering any call related to project enquiry, redirecting them or keeping MIS records of messages & enquiries.
8. Answer questions and address complaints on calls.
9. Keep updated records and files related to sales and admin
10. Take up other duties as and when assigned related sales and admin
11. Prepare correspondence, excel spread sheets. Maintains Sales database and contacts
12. Supervise the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
13. Checking bills/vouchers and submitting in HR department
14. Make outing going calls on sales data for follow-up .
15. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
16. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
