Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, hospitals, doctors within specified territory.
• To outsmart competition through Market penetration.
• Standardization of franchisee model starting with layout of infra, services, branding, marketing POPs & launch methods
• To develop a module to screen the new franchisee profile & brand proposals
• Relationship building with key clients and doctors. Generating sales and provides new leads.
• Providing timely MIS and data to management thus facilitating sales analysis. Monitoring SCF (Sales correction form)
• Detailing doctors on our USP.
• To provide support to the existing branches like: admission support, marketing support etc
• To coordinate with the corporate office and look after the branch's needs.
• To engage franchisee partners to make them target oriented. Design regular communication methods with sales & franchisee
• To support in Brand Building activities
• Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Pharma & M. Pharma Preferred)
