Roles and Responsibilities:Graduate with Strong Experience in Recruitment.
Should have Sound knowledge on End to End Recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, Report Maintenance and on-boarding activities.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence candidates; superior convincing and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to think out-of-the box.
Multitasking, Self-motivated and can work in a fast paced and confidential work environment.
Required Competencies:Candidate who have good experience in Field Hiring.
Experience in Non IT Hiring
Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
Should have Experience in Recruitment.
Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA HR Required
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
