Job Description- Graphic Designer
Candidate will be expected to
Be well-versed with all the design software, like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc and knowledge of wireframe tools (understanding of After Effects would be a plus).
Be highly creative with thoughts and approach.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and developers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build navigation components, like buttons and search fields.
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that illustrate how sites function.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, ads and tables).
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Understand the underlying users behaviour and navigation pattern and accordingly design the site/app pages.
Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback.
Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Skills
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Team spirit; positive attitude and articulation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Must have enormous patience to get to the best.
Completely aware of business etiquettes and corporate decorum; Excellent time-management skills and must have a sight for fine details.
Should be a team player with a mindset that is inclined towards innovation and bringing a difference.
