Job Description
Consultant BPM Analyst
The role is to understand business requirements, breaking the problem statement into smaller modules, storyboarding the business requirement as per Implementation Methodology, Translate business requirements to efficient and flexible model.
Responsibilities:- Understand the scope of the tasks with logical ability to design the basic structure of solution at high level
- To deliver business process implementations using the proprietary business process automation platform.
- The key features of this platform:
- Flow chart driven tool facilitates
- Code less programming (using modelling instead of programming)
- Complete integrated IDE to facilitate modelling, testing/debugging the business processes
- Conduct the unit as well as performance testing of the designed processes
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Industry experience with hands on experience in SQL/Database
- Experience in consulting, process transformation, process re-engineering, process design or six sigma roles preferred.
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Thrives in pressure situations and able to prioritize multiple priorities
- BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc.
- Prior knowledge of any BPM tool, such as Informatica, PEGA
- Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM is a value add
