Inviting applications for the role ofBusiness Analyst,CGRLHWe are looking for ETL-SQL developer who would be responsible to work in business intelligence and analytics projects for a life sciences account.
Responsibilities
- Work in business intelligence and analytics projects for a life sciences account
- Work with lead business analysts to deliver end to end business intelligence and analytics projects
- Work closely with lead business analysts and Customer stakeholder
- BE/B- Tech/ BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments, and locations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Has worked extensively in ETL (using Alteryx or other equivalent tools or coding language) and SQL in the life sciences analytics space
- Relevant experience in the IT industry
- Ability to work with various source system
- Good knowledge of RDBMS concepts
- Ability to work with Alteryx tools, macros, and analytical apps
- Professional experience in Database development, Data modeling, and ETL Design
- Ability to design and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to do impact assessments
- Ability to interact with end-users and translate business language into technical requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as, the ability to work independently
- Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- End-user thinking while developing KPIs
- MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA
- Working knowledge on Scala, Python will be a plus
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, etc.) and respective services
