Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Telecom Regulatory & Billing
Job description
- End to end ownership of Telecom regulations of each Genpact delivery location, ensuring each site is compliant
- Interaction with local Telcom authorities and acting as representative of Genpact
- Ensuring all the data & voice solutions are in-line with defined guideline of Telcom Authorities
- Candidate must have experience of handing the DoT (India), should be well versed with nuances & guideline to support the business effectively
- Playing leading role with Telecom authorities for any kind of day-to-day interactions related to audit/compliance
- Keeping Genpact Leadership updated on the progress status, any potential issues should be notified to group in advance
- Candidate must hold experience of voice infra, mainly to complement the Telecom audit needs
- Must have handled the Telecom, billing & provisioning of large scale infra
- Global customer interaction is one of the key expectations from candidate
- Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication
Responsibilities
- Telecom compliance
- Telecom audit
- Telecom billing & provisioning
- Interface with Telecom/DoT authorities/officers
- Working with internal / external resources to deliver the assigned task
- Finding the scope improvement by initiating the Lean/Six Sigma projects to add the efficiency in to system/process of Telecom
- Driving the cost productivity & initiatives from Telecom billing perspective
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Engineering Graduate
Preferred qualifications
- Must have handled the Telecom/DoT responsibilities of large-scale organization
