In this role as an Insurance content writing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping the Insurance Service Line grow by developing and designing go to market material to support our insurance business development and sales teams, developing collateral for supporting our sales teams, and managing go-to-market artefacts. This role will be focused primarily on the U.S. L&A insurance markets.
Responsibilities and Expectation from the role include:
- In agreement with Solution team, create and articulate RFP responses that maintain industry leading standards and reflect Insurance domain expertise offering.
- Maintain complete ownership of master versions for all responses, power points and pricing files
- Develop and maintain referenceable library of responses used in RFP/RFI submissions
- Strong business proposal language specific to Insurance
- Adept with end to end process breakdown of Insurance Back office and call centre transaction categories (For Ex: New Business, Policy Owner Changes and Claims)
- Good understanding of Life & Annuity products, their compliance, transition, operational and business continuity requirements. The candidate is expected to present these data points in exceptional yet simple visuals using power point, illustration, word and excel.
- At short notice, clean up the content and maintain standards of Genpact approved templates.
- Operate in close partnership with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and other Global Functions and Business to drive ideas, and meaningful content.
- Attention to detail and rigor in maintaining response standard (i.e. fonts, formats, alignment, message consistency etc)
- Team player with a collaborative approach, effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies/geographies
- Creativity - ability to present alternatives and constructive new ideas, and to overcome obstacles.
- Bid manage RFP/RFI proposals.
This job may ultimately consist of minimal travel i.e. less than 10% of the time (as travel restrictions caused by the pandemic ease); as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Business writing experience in Insurance New Business, Back Office & Contact Center Operations management, business development or similar role.
- College degree from an accredited university
- Complete understanding and expertise in the RFP management.
- Experience, ability and comfort engaging with senior level insurance company executives
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies including understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
Minimum qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office suite required, advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
