POSITION: Zonal / Regional Manager - Medical Affairs
LOCATION: Bengaluru / Hyderabad
REPORTING TO: Head Medical Affairs
DEPARTMENT: Medical
QUALIFICATION: MD / MBBS
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 yrs in Pharma/Nutrition Company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build close relationships with important stakeholders such as experts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), government and regulatory bodies, medical and other industry associations
Ensure strong network with hospitals, patient advocacy groups and other external partners and organizations
Conduct CMEs as speaker for doctors, dieticians, nurses, chemists
Organize International Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards &Scientific Symposiums
Medical Trainings for internal sales/marketing/dieticians teams Induction/Refresher/New product Launches
Coordination with HO Medical team, Regional Medical Teams and Field Dieticians
In - clinic camps coordination
Work with cross functional teams to develop and support implementation of strategies to help build a sustainable organization
Understand business and evolving organizational priorities from a medical perspective.
Drive business results through supporting the business plans, identify local growth opportunities and support ongoing commercial activities
Act as the custodian for knowledge related assets of products, customer, promotional strategies and sales performance by setting up processes for managing content and translating tacit knowledge into effective communication in order to effectively disseminate information to the relevant entities
Ensure the creation and development of a high performance team
Play the role of a coach and mentor to the team
Handling Field force / HCPs queries
