Job Description
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Proactively propose, initiate, execute and own strategic projects that create business
impact.
Develop and support Best-in-class analytic solutions/algorithms. Provide thought
leadership in various initiatives/projects.
Deliver on regular projects and analytical packages that can be best practiced.
Mentor lead and nurture team members on various analytic projects.
Help team members work on several projects of varying complexity and length
simultaneously. Establish priorities and coordinate work
Work in an agile environment, own the Scrum process and ensure adherence
Schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies. Generate and analyze metrics to monitor
and improve the teams velocity and efficiency. Remove impediments in a timely manner
and detect hidden problems
Facilitate team meetings with US analytics team. Regularly communicate with
Stakeholders
Ability to independently work with multiple stakeholders to gather project requirements /
inputs, develop analysis approach, extract data, perform analysis and present
conclusion/solution
Support audits via documentation of code and analytic outcomes and as extraction of
data.
Ensure quality of deliverables by building controls to ensure accuracy
Liaise with India/US teams collaboratively to deliver on projects through appropriate
management of time and resources
Proactively manage efforts to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and quantify project
benefits delivered.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Proactively leverage expertise in the larger team to deliver impact for Business.
