Key responsibilities:
1. Regularly interact with the account manager to understand the requirements
2. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the clients requirements
3. Understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
4. Use effective sourcing strategies with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
5. Work on the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting resumes, interview scheduling, and follow-ups)
6. Work with ATS (CEIPAL)
Walk-In-Interview Post 6pm (Mon- Fri)
Joining Date - Nov 15th
Mandatory *Work from Office Immediate Joining NIGHT SHIFT *
Work timings - 7pm - 4 am
Salary - Industry Standards + Incentives + Snacks/Refreshments
Role - Talent Acquisition/Client Acquisition/Bench Sales/HR-Recruiter
