Position: Team Lead Wordpress/ Senior Wordpress Developer
Exp- 4-10+ Years
Job Location- Ahmedabad
Budget- upto 85 kpm
Immediate joiner - 30/60 days ( Negotiable )
No of vacancy - 4
Qualification: BE , BCA, BSC , MCA , MSC ( IT )
Job Description :
Work on multiple WordPress projects Responsible for handling a project independently

Communication with Client
Developing, maintaining and optimizing secure, reusable and scalable websites.

Interact with internal and external team members to complete the given task
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Discover training needs to developers and provide coaching
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Suggest and organize team building activities
Developing requirements & planning documentation, provide estimation

Required Skills:

Establishing and guiding the websites architecture
Knowledge of WooCommerce, Payment Gateway, SEO modules

Experience of custom plug-ins and custom themes development
Proficiency in MySQL database Experience of web services technologies such as SOAP and REST

Analytical and problem solving skills, sound QA approach
Ability to troubleshoot issues, develop workarounds Experience with versioning control management i.e. GIT, SVN

Familiarity with software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, etc.

In-depth knowledge of security and performance metrics Excellent communication and leadership skills
