Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Technology QA team
This role lies with Genpact IT -Testing Management. You will be responsible for lead the Functional testing for Fusion, Payroll, and other HR application. You will be working actively with internal / external partners to meet the end objective of Quality Assurance You will have tremendous opportunities learning by have exposure to latest applications and organization workflow.
Responsibilities- Review and analyse system specification
- Execute test cases (Manual or Automated) and analyse the results, it will include all application under HR track.
- Create log to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshooting issues
- Conduct Post-release / post- implementation testing
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development cycle
Minimum qualifications
B.Tech (Information Technology)
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding and proven expertise of Functional Testing of all HR Applications
