Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Lead for Quality Control, MIS & Governance, SLA/ KPI/ Operational Metrics Tracking & Reporting
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/ GL Accounting/ERP experience to perform Quality Check and report out on accuracy defects, root cause analysis and way forward; MIS & Governance Reporting; track and report contractual SLA/ KPI
Responsibilities
Setting up Quality check process across all towers
Maintaining & reporting Quality trackers for the customer
Maintaining error log, suggesting improvement steps & implementing control points
Lead should have attention to detail and strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead a team of 10 members across the functions
Digital bend of mind to automate reporting
Good presentation skills and Excel skills
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
Relevant work experience
Decent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
Experience in Audit and/ or MIS Reporting
