Job Description
BA, Data AnalyticsIn this role, you will be responsible for Analytical thinking and problem solving, Create and publish periodic and need based management reports in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible to maintain a data repository; should be able to retrieve data quickly with limited mentorship. Analyze data and provide recommendations to partners and Contribute to improvement of reporting efficiencies and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Create robust, reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes in Database and Excel
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and perform quality checks
- Demonstrate analytics and visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact based decision making
- Develop analytical reports and represent large, complex sets of data through visual representation
Minimum qualifications
- BE/ BTech, MBA
- Should have intermediate level of Sales and Marketing
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (MS Excel, Business Object), databases (SQL, MS Access etc), programming (VBA, Python, R) and Data visualization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good Presentation Skills
