Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Warehousing and Materials Handling Analyst (MT / Assistant Manager)
Responsibilities
Understand and be familiar with the process steps involved with warehouse management including product picking, packing, receipt of materials, dispatch of materials, etc.
Leverage client provided technology tools to create, update and / or delete data for material movements in the warehouse
Engage with client s warehouse management team to manage day-to-day transactions, identify
Proactively identify warehouse data issues, identify solutions and support implementation
Follow the relevant compliance rules for management of warehouse data
Validate the historical data for generating reports and analysis of warehouse processes
Review, refine reports and dashboard for the warehouse management processes. Support development of new dashboards and reports
Ensure data validity and escalate issues pertaining to validity or availability of data
Communicate with the client stakeholders data and analysis, issues, and resolution status for warehouse management processes
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Previous experience (atleast 3 years) in a supply chain process or warehouse management process
Good understanding of supply chain processes including understanding for material management in warehouses
Familiarity with supply chain for hi-tech industry or technology distributor industry
Excellent communication skills (engage with client stakeholders in the warehouses, third party service providers, logistics service providers)
Good understanding data management, reporting and basic data analysis
Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g.: excellent handling of pivot tables)
Should be familiar with and/or have worked with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau
Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle quick-turn projects
Have good presentation and communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Should be familiar with SAP S2 Hana, K2.Net
