Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Salesforce Support

Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Administrator with strong exposure to Service Management focusing on providing value to the customers.
  • Well versed with ITSM tool and technologies to handle Incidents and Problems.
  • Develop Strong customer interfacing skills - consulting/advisory, capability to understand the customer business paradigm and provide value added solutions
  • Experience in communities
  • Maintain multiple users, roles, security profiles and experience in creating workflow, process builder etc. and identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to business teams.
  • Strong exposure in Reports, Dashboards.
  • Data migration using data loader, import wizard and workbench.
  • Participate in testing, prepare and deliver test reports to management and recommend a go/no go action based on test results.
  • Configure SFDC workflows, Flow, validation rules, process builder, custom settings, user profiles, user permissions, sharing settings, user roles and record types.
  • Configure page layouts, workflows, document templates, record types, & data fields.
  • Ensure the best possible quality of the application
  • Suggest industry wise standard operations procedures on performance and maintenance of the application.
  • Align to latest releases of Salesforce and suggest improvements.
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Graduate in Technology (any stream)

Technical Skills

Admin - User, Profile, Relationships, Workflow, Permission set, Import wizard

Apex - Trigger, Test class, Collection, Exception handling, DML

Visual Force - Standard Controllers, Custom Controller, Extension, Action Function, Action Support

Programming Languages - Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML, Java, C, C++

Automation Tools - Process Builders, workflow Rules, flow

Preferred qualifications
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Services & community modules
  • Good communication
