Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Data Analytics, AP and ProcurementIn this role, you will be responsible to drive quick automation of reports and creating valuable Data insights within the F&A function to drive improvement in business outcomes. Responsibilities- Use technologies such as VBA, SQL, Python and Power Automate to drive automation of various reports and processes in F&A space
- Work closely with the Power BI team to enable data feed into the PBI dashboards
- Data preparation and validation :
- Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data.
- Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect the results of model.
- R and Python Packages familiarity for data cleaning, wrangling etc.
- Tools used for analysis :
- Processing large amounts of data using basic SQL queries.
- Running statistical models or/and machine learning algorithms using R /Python
- Techniques typical used for analysis are :
- Simple and Multiple Linear Regression ,
- Classification such as Logistic Regression and Discriminant Analysis
- Resampling Methods such as Bootstrapping and Cross-Validation
- Dimension Reduction such as principal component regression and factor analysis
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation or Equivalent, preferably B.Com or B.Tech
- Rich experience in automation technologies VBA, SQL, Python, Dotnet, R
- Vast experience in analytics, preferable in F&A processes like AP, PTP, RTR
- Have hands-on experience in development of models using statistical techniques
- Hands on experience in Power Queries for creating advanced excel reports
- Working knowledge of MS Access
- Domain knowledge on F&A process such as AP, PTP and RTR will be preferred
- Should be a strong team player with an ability to collaborate effectively
- Candidate should be comfortable with UK shift timings (1 PM to 10 PM) and operate from Hafeezpet office in Hyderabad
