Inviting applications for the role of Oracle ERP Test Lead
In this role, you will be responsible to lead and manage end to end testing for our clients for ERP applications.
Responsibilities
- Designing & Implementing Test Plan.
- Designing a Test Strategy.
- Risk forecast & risk Mitigation Planning.
- Preparing Test Summaries and Release ready documents.
- Understanding Application, Database dependencies.
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into Functional Requirements.
- Mapping the Functional requirements to Test scenarios.
- Reviewing Test scenarios/ Test Cases.
- Working on the test management and Defect management tools.
- Preparing Metrics and presentations.
- Planning & implementing Functional and Regression testing.
- Organizing, monitoring defect management process.
- Leading Defect triage calls and coordinating with corresponding people for defect closure.
- Assigning work to the team members and making sure of deliverables.
- The candidate should be flexible with work hours and work in an agile environment.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering / Degree equivalent to Graduation
- Working experience with clients and Business stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Decision making capability.
Preferred qualifications
- Working experience in Oracle eBS , WebCenter
- Working experience in OATS, Selenium
- Working experience in SQL queries
- Hands on expertise with Test planning.
- Test analysis and Reporting/Presentations.
- Working experience with Onsite lead/client directly is preferable.
- Experience in Resource planning and allocation.
Shift:
Flexible to work in USA time zone ( Partial Over lapping hours)
