Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Kubernetes Application Developer.
In this role, the Kubernetes Application developer shall be responsible for Designing, coding, and maintaining Kubernetes add-ons, Custom Controllers, CRDs, runtime tooling, and more, with a focus on improving product engineer experience with Kubernetes-based platform.
Responsibilities
Design, code, and maintain Kubernetes add-ons, Custom Controllers, CRDs, runtime tooling, and more, with a focus on improving product engineer experience with Kubernetes-based platform.
Build and maintain tooling that improves engineer s ability to debug, monitor, and manage their production workloads in a secure and compliant manner.
Design & implement Kubernetes based software that can be deployed as pods, jobs, deployment, services, ingress
Troubleshoot Kubernetes vertical pod autoscaler, descheduler, metrics-server, and more.
Manage Kubernetes clusters in cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud
Must have managed Kubernetes cluster in a production environment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Masters/Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field preferred
An active Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification
Demonstrable experience working with OCI container platforms such as Docker or RKT
Experience with Container Orchestration Platforms such as OpenShift or Rancher or EKS /AKS
Experience with observability, logging and monitoring applications such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, FluentD, Kibana, Grafana,
Experience working with Git and supporting CI/CD pipelines
Preferred skills
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Good team player
