We are looking for ambitious and analytical individuals to join our team as a Marketing Planning manager reporting to the AVP Marketing Planning and Strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-moving team within the business with lots of opportunities for development and career progression. The successful candidate will gain experience of working in a Global Marketing function, an understanding of integrating multiple marketing channels (advertising to events), as well as exposure to working with the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the Integrated Marketing plans across verticals sectors, service lines, and alignment with brand programs to ensure the Marketing plan is fully aligned to organizational strategy
- Delivery of key plan summary documents in Powerpoint where required
- Ensure Monday.com is kept updated and reflects the current view of plans, working closely with the teams in preparation for delivery councils and quarterly planning updates
- Maintain status reports (inflow reporting and budget summaries) to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines
- Lead on preparing the internal communication of the Marketing plan for leadership, producing engagement opportunity summaries, Marketing Spotlight summaries, etc.
- Take responsibility for accuracy of budget management tool (Allocadia) working to ensure budgets, outlooks, transfers, and phasing is kept up to date to ensure accurate management views of budget performance
- Provide analysis and recommendations on plan optimizations
- Work closely with other departments and call on agency resources to provide solutions to client and/or team challenges
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
- Ensure integration & coordination between various communications programs
- Support prioritization of the Marketing activity across the function
- Support for key programs being delivered as part of central planning, including support for Marketing Audience Programs (Growth Buyer)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Must have expert knowledge and use of full Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- A passion for Marketing with an ambition to have a Marketing career
- Analytical, structured / framework thinker. Ability to continually improve and deliver
- Working knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information into concise recommendations and action for the function
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple streams/projects
- Foster a positive and effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative and excellent communicator
