Angular / Nodejs Full-stack Developer @ Inlight Data

 

The ideal individual for this position will be 3 to 5 years experienced subject matter expert, in full stack development using Node.js with good understanding of PaaS application development and cloud computing. The can should also have implemented server-side encryption/decryption for data that is stored in cloud storage such as AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage etc... The candidate should be able to set up key management and use it within in applications, should have migrated Node.js applications from the development environment to production environments, should have worked on input validation and data sanitization by setting up canonicalization, normalization, validation, and sanitization layers.


Job Responsibilities:

* Develop applications using Node.js, Angular

* Writing reusable, testable and efficient code

* Implementing encryption/decryption for data that is stored cloud

* Setting up key management and integrating with applications.

* Write unit tests using Test Driven Development (TDD) for back-end and front-end services.

* Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.

* Setup and delivery of application development environments for continuous deployments.

* Setup and configuration of Google Cloud optimizing and scaling based on application resource demands

* Deliver solutions in Agile-Scrum project methodology

* Lead team of engineers to deliver on customer requirements

Education and Experience:
* Bachelors Degree in engineering/ M.Sc/ MCA with 3 to 5 years experience in computer application development

* 3+ Years of development using Node.js frameworks
* 1+ Years of experience with Cloud IaaS, PaaS etc..
* 1+ Years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud or any other cloud platform Skills:
* Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js frameworks such as Express

* Strong understanding of web services and SOA, related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON

* Ability to operate effectively both independently as well and within a team using Agile methodology

* Good understanding of fundamental design principals behind scalable applications

* Good understanding of Digitalization concepts and processes, multi-delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match specific platforms

* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

* Experience in delivering applications in the PaaS environment

* Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

*Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

*Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
