We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Insurance Claims
ResponsibilitiesProvide attention to detail while processing commercial claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Authorize the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review
- Conduct data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service
- Consistently meet cycle time/productivity goals that are aligned with corporate objectives
- Examine documents for completeness, accuracy
Minimum qualifications
- B.com/ BBA/BA/ BSC (Any Non Tech Graduate)
- Relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of using Excel, MS Access Database
- Proficient in English language- both written and oral
- Insurance client experience will be an added advantage
