- Experience in managing testing services with the close customer and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in working in an international environment with stakeholders distributed globally
- Understands different testing phases, levels, and types
- A testing certification such as ISTQB
- Experience in multiple Test Management tools
- Agile expertise
- Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban or SAFE)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Training, mentoring, and coaching experience
- Right attitude and spirit
- Must be able to work independently with all types of persons in a multivendor and multicultural environment
- Willing to go the distance when needed
- Has perseverance and can handle setbacks and stressful situations.
