• Translate customer needs into technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility.
• Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues.
• Implement Adobe Campaign on time and on budget using database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies. This is a hands-on development role.
• Collaborate with other Adobe consultants from Campaign and other Marketing Cloud solutions, both in the U.S. and off-shore, to design solutions that increase customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition
• Enable customers and partners on Adobe Campaign best practices through a combination of side-by-side coaching and remote enablement
• Take ownership of delivering successful customers for all projects
• Create referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes with the marketing community

• Expertise in designing and delivering highly scalable solutions and ability to effectively communicate the solution to the customers and to the internal teams
• Experience in system and performance analysis of distributed systems
• Eagerness to learn new applications of traditional technologies
• Passion about the customer experience and driving customer success
• Excitement about being part of a rapidly expanding team with evolving responsibilities
• Experience in the architect role on enterprise software implementation/integration projects
• Expertise in web software development including client-side and server-side development
• Expertise in optimizing RDBMS performance of at least the following database engines: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Proficiency in various flavors of Linux and Windows
• Proficiency in setting up network configuration, firewall rules, and NAT rules. DNS configuration experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel to customer sites may be needed (25-50%).
