Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Production Support L1/L2
In this role, you will be responsible for providing L1/L2 support for regulatory applications.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, execute and monitor production campaign.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, escalate/work with other stakeholders for root cause analysis and resolution.
- Operational tasks such as report creation and alert monitoring/management.
- Keep track of work through Kanban board and update the status on the daily stand-up meetings.
- Knowledge of data discovery, understanding how to audit data back to the source of the data creation.
- Automation of tasks to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and proactive incident prevention.
- Readiness to work on the campaign development tasks using the defined framework.
- Documentation of tasks and guidelines.
- Work closely with the team in an agile model.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.Tech/ BE/ MCA
Preferred qualifications
- Primary : SQL (Tearadata), Unix, Application production support experience (L1/L2 support), Python
- Secondary : Shell scripting, Jupyter Notebooks, GitHub, Kanban/JIRA, UC4
- Digital Marketing domain/Digital Marketing Campaign building experience is preferred
- Advanced troubleshooting experience/skills with great attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to provide on-call support when required
