Responsibilities
- Provide consultant support to customers for evaluation of existing business process and deployment of Automic (UC4) solution for Automation
- Provide end-to-end support for successful implementation of the automated solution (Installation, configuration, scheduling, monitoring, migration, product upgrade and maintenance)
- Develop and intensify relationship with customers to move towards a strategic cooperation
- Willing to go down to an appropriate and required technical depth of projects in order to gain a good oversight
- Proposals for new and existing projects and support Delivery Manager in realizing business opportunities for project improvement
- Responsible for process improvement
- Responsible for development and mentoring of associates within the department
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Solid experience in Automic (UC4) administrator role for handling Medium to Large customers
- Good Experience in delivering consultant support for Automic (UC4) ONE Automation administrator role.
- Expertise in life cycle of UC4 version upgradation
Preferred qualifications
- UC4 certification and experience in other Automation tool along with UC4 agents installation will be an added advantage
- Experience in Windows, Linux and UNIX operating system and knowledge in Advanced scripts (Unix Shell, PERL, PHP), awareness of Process Automation methodology and implementation
- Proven database experience in SQL server and Oracle
- JAVA coding will be added advantage
- Experience in handling at least 2 - 3 complete life cycle projects in as UC4 Consultant or equivalent position in end-to-end implementations
- Knowledge in Lean methodology is added advantage.
- Should be able to understand requirements analysis then, build and deliver the solution.
- Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills
