Inviting applications for the role of AVP-Project management lead

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program management and overall accountability for the program execution

  • Co-developing Project Plan with the ERP vendor and Transformation Lead, periodically reviewing it

  • Define sprints for rollout & Validate process playbacks with Transformation lead

  • Manage the UAT, Manage Change Management

  • Drive collaboration with Transformation leads/ regions and vendor on design, build, UAT, change and deploy

  • Support identification of risks/issues and mitigation/resolution plans.

  • Execute key deliverables review and provide signoff

  • Status reporting to leadership on a regular basis

  • Managing risks, escalations

  • Driving change council meetings

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualification

  • Excellent Project management skills

  • Management Reporting and Escalation handling

  • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working on MS Office

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Internal / External Stakeholder coordination

  • Self-learning and development
