Hvac Engineer requirement @ Flight To Sucess

Job Description

Advanced knowledge in principles of HVAC System Operation & Maintenance, Chiller Mechanical and Control, BMS, Air Handling Units, Compact Air handling Unit, Package unit, Secondary Pumps, Primary Pumps, Exhaust Fan, Fume hood Exhaust etc.

• HVAC Engineering design, drawing generations
• HVAC duct layout, Schematics, Piping Layout, power layout generation
• BOQ preparations, equipment selection, co-ordination and site execution support
• Engineering documentation.
• Troubleshooting and taking Corrective action, assigning responsibilities to the team and complete on time.
• Condition assessment of all HVAC units, Life Cycle Analysis, Submit reports to Site Manager.
• Responsible for the new Installation of Air-conditioning System in the site.
• Responsible for all HVAC Maintenance and Operation activities in the work site.
• Ensure Supervisor and Technicians carried out safe work activities in work site.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Monitor costs and Quality to ensure they meet the objectives and targets set by superior.
• Ensure all team members are following the company safety standards.
