Job Description

Achievement of Sales revenue and Profitability target

Analyze markets to identify high growth opportunities and develop specific sales strategies and initiatives for those markets, especially targeting profitable market segments

New business development, entry into new segments and geographies

Monitor & supports sales team to achieve their monthly performance

Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base

Monitor competitors products, including relevant sales and marketing data

Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers, including negotiating and closing on major contracts

Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline

Monitor key performance indicators for Sales team to measure effectiveness and efficiency

Coordinate with design, production and service department to ensure smooth delivery

Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
