Job Description
JD for Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Coordinating and optimizing front and back of house restaurant operation
- Controlling operation costs and promoting efficiency.
- Weekly, monthly and Annual Financial reporting.
- General Restaurant Administration.
- Taking Reservations.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining overall restaurant day to day operation
Other requirements :
- Prior experience in handling restaurant or hotel industry experience is preferred.
- Minimum experience of 2 - 5 years managing restaurant or hotel industry.
- Age is 21 - 30 years preferred.
- Qualifications : Diploma in Hotel Management or Graduate in Hotel Management.
- Skills needed : Cost management, Food safety management, people management skills, problem-solving skills, Stores and inventory management, communications skills, listening skills.
- Location : Chennai
- Salary : Rs. 15,000 to 17,000 per month . Incentives as per company guidelines.
