Job Description
- Experience in developing modules of enterprise software systems, component based design, development, web services and object oriented analysis, design principles, UML and software development life cycle- Excellent ability to incorporate software development best practices
- Ability drive team members to meet SLAs with expected quality standards
- Ensure work is completed in time within budget delivering very high quality deliverables
- Ability to understand productivity measures and support senior members in improving productivity
- Ability to shoulder senior members of the Project team in technical challenges outside the Scope of Work
- Assist with planning and execution of unit testing, integration testing, QA and UAT
- Ability to identify the reusable components and/or tasks that could be automated
- Successfully lead and be part of teams consisting of customer, Pega and even other Vendors encouraging teamwork
- Facilitate with Knowledge Transfer to client team members
- Good understanding of key features of PRPC and core frameworks including their features and limitations
- Knowledge in developing enterprise level business solutions and applications adhering to relevant standards and best practices
- Understand the decision types and decision rules in PRPC
