Job Description

Receive inquiry by Mail, Whatsapp or directly by calling

Sending Quotations and Proforma Invoice
Handling Pricing queries
Co-ordinating with the customers for any Issues.
Regular follow up with clients for order and payment
Increasing cliental database
Lead generation and conversion
Identify potential customers, make cold calls, assess customer needs, recommend products, close sales, maintain prospect databases, and report to managers.
Contact existing customers, pending disconnects, and future customers
Pro-actively identify, locate and qualify new business leads.
Assisting logistic team.
Maintenance of the records.
