Job Requirements :
Role and Responsibilities
The desired candidate should have depth knowledge in law.
Taking care of Legal matters of company, Individuals & Partnership properties etc.,
To maintain a case diary including a synopsis, Index and other important information for every case.
Identifying the advocates and Coordinating with the advocates for briefing on different cases related to our Organization.
Attending to court proceedings.
Drafting legal notices, replies, plaint, written statement and preparing evidence in the matters relating to the Company.
Drafting and vetting of agreements, correspondences, affidavits, petitions to be filed before the Court etc.,
Having experience in handling issues relating to Civil & Criminal Laws, Rent laws in Maharashtra, Leave and License, generally on property laws etc.,
Take all precautionary measures on continual
Any other work assigned to you on time to time basis.
