 Standards Workflow System Coordinator

Job Description

This is a non-supervisory position which primarily provides standards-setting workflow management support the site. Workflow support includes inputting USPNF, DSC and FCC queries and comments from stakeholders into the USP Standards Workflow System (SWS).

Roles and Responsibilities

Query Processing

  • Responsible in maintaining Queries Manual accurate and up to date.
  • Responsible to access Central E-mail queries account to obtain electronic queries and responses from USP Scientific Liaisons.
  • Input approximately all queries into the SWS system in accordance with the SWS Query Upload Instructions.
  • Provide daily and monthly summary reports to the supervisor.
  • Coordinates with USP Scientific Liaisons for any clarifications while processing the queries.
  • Compile and upload into SWS e-mail comments for specific USP standards, as requested.
  • Process to be provided on a project-by-project basis.
  • Review current correspondent information in SWS.
  • Verify information for accuracy and provide updates as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in science or any degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Having experience in a Pharma industry and package of MS office knowledge be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Premier Pro is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail is required.
  • Possesses strong time management skills and the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
  • Proactive, results-oriented focus toward work and product deliverables
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order of deadline and importance.
  • Ability to work globally with colleagues and customers from different cultures.
  • Must have experience working successfully in a virtual environment with a global organization
