We are hiring for,
Data Analyst
Experience 8 - 10 Years
Reporting to HOD Location Mumbai
Department Digital CTC Range -
Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide strategic direction on overall analytics agenda to enable data-driven business
growth and improved customer experience
- Provide analytics leadership within Digital and work with related departments esp.
marketing and products to drive meaningful business impacts on all digital properties and
interactions.
- Conduct segmentation and targeting analytics in order to optimize revenue performance,
increase sales from campaigns (with investors and channel partners), digital
transformation of customer acquisitions and engagement and any other related new
initiative.
- Data Governance - drive a culture of data quality, data integrity, and strong governance &&
controls around data processes.
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to drive business growth
- Be a key Team member in customer campaigns and communications through the
generation of campaign data lists and sharper targeting
- Support various ad hoc data needs
- Ensure the presence of processes, tools && resources and continually assesses and
evaluates the relevant metrics for the solution components
Knowledge & Essential Skills:
- Experience using statistical Scripting languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and
draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience with popular statistical and machine learning techniques, such as clustering, linear
regression, KNN, decision trees, etc.
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool and experience in BI tools like PowerBI
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources like databases, csv, web services etc.
- Proficiency in at least one query language, such as Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience working with and creating data architectures
- Experience working on cloud based solutions would be preferred
- Good communication skills.

- Industry Preference - BFSI with some experience in Wealth Mgmt
