Role: L2 engineer

Exp: 3+ yrs

Job description :

Basic desktop troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, remote access troubleshooting, and setting up new users on the systems. This will also include more advanced tasks such as end user management, networking, and helping with security audits.

Mac, Jamf,server,o365, - hands on experience

Required to be Familiar with:

Microsoft Acive Directory Management
Office 365 Setup
Windows 10 inner workings
Applie iOS
Good TCP/IP knowledge
Microsoft Office Fine Tuning
Basic knowledge of SMTP and email configuration.

Familiar With (would be a Plus):

VMWare Airwatch Mobile Device management
Microsoft Intune management
Simple Powershell scripting
Microsoft Sharepoint/OneDrive configuration
Zoom User Management
Mimecast Mail Filtering service
Azure Active Directory
Azure Host management
Excel Macros

******Actively working on one relevant certification track:

Security+/ Network+/ CCNA / JNCIA
Sophos, Palo Alto, Sonicwall
