Job Description
Highly motivated, experienced, Team Lead to contribute to the expansion of the Core Development Team.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to work as a Lead of the development team and participate in all aspects of software development lifecycle with a focus on Java Development using J2EE standards. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical skills as well as the drive to learn more about the business and new technologies. Candidate should be open to work front to back in applications and must have sound grasp of development best practices and system architecture. She/he will be expected to drive design and architecture discussion across the team and be responsible for high quality implementation. Required
Skills:
Bachelors or Masters Degree
Strong understanding of Core Java and J2EE server technologies:
o CXF, JAX-WS,XML,JMS
Experience building REST and Soap web services using Java
Strong experience in Spring mandatory
Strong understanding of relational database, NOSQL DB (writing SQL/Stored Procedures)
Experience with Message Queue
Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX
Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Experience working on large and medium scale projects in agile environment
Development experience building high volume systems.
Experience with multi-threaded programming and (asynchronous) concurrency management (in context of both thick clients and web-services)
